Robert R. Braun, Jr.
Robert “Bob” Braun is a labor relations and personnel management practitioner with more than 50 years of experience resolving complex workplace and organizational issues. He has negotiated in excess of 500 labor agreements in public and private settings, achieving settlements in most matters and advancing employer goals when negotiations reached impasse, strike, arbitration, or stalemate.
His background includes 15 years in corporate labor relations leadership for a national food company. Across his consulting and corporate career, Bob has addressed successorship, mergers and acquisitions, benefits, compensation systems, personnel policy, strategic planning, dispute resolution, and matters involving state and federal labor agencies.
Bob is especially skilled at entering situations where relationships have deteriorated, systems are incomplete, or an employer needs a practical path through competing operational, labor, financial, and legal demands.
